About Me

How It All Started

Hi, I'm Kamil better known as Kamilio Fitnessfounder of SpineX™.

My journey into sports began when I was just 5 years old.

Growing up with a father in the military, discipline, athleticism, and hard work were always a core part of my life. I couldn't even read or write yet, but I had already started training at the age of 5!

From a young age, I tried everything:

Football
🥋 Karate

🏊 Swimming

Judo was where I truly stood out.

Between the ages of 7 and 13, I collected over 50 medals, including many gold medals, and competed in national and international tournaments.

Sports weren't a hobby for me — they were my identity.

Then at the age of 14, everything shifted.

I stepped into a small underground gym with my classmates, and something clicked.

I felt a fire inside me — a new kind of discipline.

That day, I fell in love with fitness training.

From that point on, I never stopped.

Every day I studied movement, biomechanics, posture, anatomy, muscle imbalances, and human performance. I became obsessed with understanding how the body worked.

I wanted to know which muscles connected to other muscles, which tissues influenced movement, and how the body functioned as one complete system.

While most teenagers were simply training muscles, I was already trying to understand the body anatomically and scientifically.

I dedicated my life to understanding how fitness could not only build strength, but also heal the body.

 My Experience

By the age of 22, I already had around 8-9 years of serious fitness experience behind me.

That was when I started working professionally as a fitness trainer.

The growth happened fast.

Just a few months later, demand exploded.

Within six months, my client base had grown to around 50-60 physical clients per month.

I was working 10-12 hours per day, coaching clients back-to-back from morning until evening.

Every session was hands-on. Every client was different. Every day gave me more experience understanding how the human body actually works.

During those years, I worked with people of all ages, body types, fitness levels, and physical limitations.

Over time, the number of clients continued growing.

Across 4 years of coaching, I worked with more than 1,500 clients.

Transition Into Group Coaching

As demand continued increasing, I realized there simply weren't enough hours in the day.

Individual sessions alone could no longer keep up with the number of people wanting help.

To serve more clients, I started running structured group coaching sessions.

Many groups were completely full, with participants training together under my supervision.

This allowed me to help more people while continuing to refine my coaching systems and training methods.

Whether coaching one person or an entire group, my focus remained the same:

Helping people move better, become stronger, and overcome physical limitations.

Advanced Coaching & Corrective Training

The more people I coached, the more I noticed a recurring pattern.

Many clients weren't struggling with motivation.

They were struggling with asymmetry, scoliosis, spinal rotation, muscle imbalances, chronic pain, and movement dysfunctions.

Standard fitness programs often failed to address these problems.

This pushed me to study biomechanics, posture, anatomy, spinal deformities, and corrective exercise at a much deeper level.

I spent thousands of hours assessing movement, analyzing asymmetries, and testing different corrective strategies with real clients.

The deeper I went, the more I realized that scoliosis required an entirely different approach.

As my reputation grew, I started mentoring other trainers.

Eventually, I began creating educational programs and certification courses for fitness professionals.

Many people who completed my courses went on to become trainers themselves.

Today, many fitness professionals are working in the industry after learning through my education programs.

The certificates shown below belong to students who successfully completed my fitness trainer courses.

The Birth of SpineX 3D Scoliosis Method

During those 4 years of coaching, I began noticing a pattern.

More and more people were coming to me with scoliosis.

At first it was occasional.

Then it became constant.

Every week I saw new clients with spinal deformities, asymmetries, rotation, uneven shoulders, rib humps, back pain, and posture problems.

And almost all of them told me the same thing:

"I tried physiotherapy."

"I tried Schroth."

"I tried different methods."

"I tried everything."

"BUT NOTHING WORKED!"

That made me curious.

The more scoliosis clients I worked with, the deeper I went into studying scoliosis biomechanics.

I started analyzing X-rays, studying spinal biomechanics, rotational deformities, asymmetries, muscle imbalances, compensation patterns, and movement dysfunctions.

I quickly realized that scoliosis was far more than a side-to-side curve.

It was a 3D (three-dimensional) condition involving rotation, asymmetry, muscle imbalance, and altered movement patterns throughout the entire body.

As I worked with more clients, I began applying individualized and unilateral training strategies based on each person's specific pattern.

And something interesting started happening.

People were getting results.

Not because I was following a standard protocol.

But because I was adapting the training to the individual.

I was creating fully personalized training plans tailored to curve type and muscular imbalances

That experience completely changed my direction.

I realized that many traditional approaches were focusing on generalized protocols instead of truly understanding the individual body standing in front of them.

That realization became the foundation of what would later become the SpineX 3D Scoliosis Method.

🌍 Taking SpineX Worldwide

After years of success in physical gyms, I made a major decision.

I left physical coaching completely.

Not because I stopped enjoying it.

But because I realized that coaching people locally was limiting the number of lives I could impact.

A physical business wasn't scalable.

The internet was.

So I moved everything online.

At first, I wasn't sure if online coaching could achieve the same results as in-person training.

But very quickly, the results proved otherwise.

Clients from the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Poland and the UAE, and many other countries started achieving incredible outcomes through the SpineX™ system.

The same principles that worked inside the gym were working online.

Today, SpineX™ has become a fully online scoliosis correction system helping people around the world.

Every year, the method continues to evolve, improve, and become more precise.

My Mission Today

Today, my entire focus is scoliosis and spinal deformities.

Everything I learned from over 20 years of training, 1,500+ physical clients, thousands of coaching hours, and years of research has been combined into one system:

SpineX 3D Scoliosis Method.

My mission is simple:

To help people with scoliosis understand that they are not limited to generic stretching exercises, generic protocols, or a one-size-fits-all approach.

Every spine is different.

Every curve is different.

Every body is different.

That's why every SpineX™ program is personalized to the individual.

And this is only the beginning.
