Digital Products
For digital products, including eBooks, guides, downloadable materials, digital programs, and online content, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once the content has been accessed, downloaded, delivered, or used, where the customer consented to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights during checkout.
Personalized Services
Personalized programs, custom assessments, consultations, and services that have already commenced or been delivered may be exempt from withdrawal rights or subject to limitations under applicable law.
