At SpineX, we aim to provide high-quality digital products and personalized programs. Due to the nature of our services, refund eligibility is limited and subject to the conditions below.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Digital Products

  • By purchasing digital content and requesting immediate access, the customer expressly consents to the immediate performance of the contract prior to the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.

    The customer acknowledges that once access to the digital content has been provided, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

    Withdrawal requests may generally be submitted within 14 days of purchase where access to the digital content has not yet been provided.

    Refunds may be unavailable where digital content has been accessed, downloaded, delivered, streamed, viewed, or otherwise made available to the customer, and the customer provided the above consent at checkout.

Personalized Programs

  • Withdrawal requests may generally be submitted within 14 days of purchase where work has not yet commenced.

  • Once questionnaire review, assessment, or program creation has begun, refunds may be reduced to reflect work already performed.

  • Due to the customized nature of personalized programs, refunds may be unavailable once delivery has been completed.

Consultations

  • Consultation cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Consultations that have already been delivered are generally not eligible for refund.

  • Missed or unattended sessions may be non-refundable.

General

  • Submission of a withdrawal request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

  • Certain products and services may be exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable law.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds where permitted by law in cases of abuse, fraud, excessive requests, or violation of these Terms.
