Digital Products (eBooks & Educational Content)
- Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Refunds may be denied if a significant portion of the content has been accessed, downloaded, or consumed
Personalized Programs
- Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase, only if the program has not yet been fully delivered
- Once program creation has begun, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion based on the work already completed
- Due to the customized nature of these services, refunds are not guaranteed once a personalized program has been delivered
Consultations
- Missed, cancelled, or unattended sessions without prior notice are non-refundable
