SHIPPING AND DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY
Last updated: October 4, 2026
SpineX provides digital products, online assessments, consultations, personalized training programs and related digital services.
No physical products are shipped. All SpineX products and Services are delivered electronically or provided remotely.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products, including eBooks, educational materials, downloadable resources and similar content, are delivered electronically using the email address provided during checkout or through another digital delivery method communicated by SpineX.
Delivery may occur immediately after successful payment or shortly afterward, depending on the product and the systems used to process the order.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address at checkout.
2. ONLINE ASSESSMENTS AND CONSULTATIONS
Assessments and consultations are provided remotely and do not involve physical shipping.
After purchase, the Client may receive booking instructions, preparation instructions, questionnaires or other information required before the scheduled session.
Clients are responsible for booking their consultation or assessment within any validity period stated at the time of purchase or in the applicable Terms and Conditions.
3. PERSONALIZED TRAINING PROGRAMS
Personalized SpineX training programs are prepared individually and therefore may not be delivered immediately after purchase.
Program preparation may depend on the Client first completing required steps, including:
- submitting questionnaires;
- providing posture photographs;
- providing assessment or movement videos;
- providing X-rays or radiology information where requested;
- completing an online assessment; and
- providing other information reasonably required for personalization.
Delivery timelines for personalized programs begin only after SpineX has received the information reasonably required to prepare the Service.
Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, unclear or late submission of required Client information may delay delivery of the personalized program.
4. MULTI-MONTH PROGRAM DELIVERY
Multi-month personalized programs may be delivered in phases rather than as one complete package at the beginning of the program.
Subsequent phases may depend on updated assessment photographs, videos, questionnaires or other progress information submitted by the Client.
If required progress materials are not submitted on time, preparation or delivery of the next program phase may be delayed.
Client-caused delays do not automatically extend the original purchased program duration unless SpineX agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires it.
5. DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If you believe that a digital product, program, booking instruction or other purchased Service has not been delivered as expected, please first check:
- your email inbox;
- spam or junk folders;
- the email address used during checkout; and
- any communication channel previously used with SpineX.
If you still cannot locate the delivery, contact us at contact@spinex.digital.
6. INCORRECT CUSTOMER INFORMATION
SpineX is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect email address, incorrect contact information or other inaccurate information supplied by the Client.
If you entered incorrect information during checkout, contact SpineX as soon as possible so that we can attempt to correct the delivery information.
7. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
SpineX does not currently ship physical merchandise through the Site.
Shipping rates, physical delivery times, tracking numbers, customs duties and physical-product return procedures therefore do not apply to SpineX digital Services unless expressly stated otherwise for a future product.
8. RELATED POLICIES
Delivery, program duration, Client responsibilities, cancellations and refund eligibility are also governed by the SpineX Terms & Conditions and Return and Refund Policy .
