SpineX provides digital educational programs, personalized training plans, and consultations related to scoliosis and posture.

All services are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Services.

If the Services are used for a minor, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and submit all required information.

3. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical care.

You agree to consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting any program, especially if you have a medical condition.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

4. PERSONALIZED SERVICES

Our personalized programs are created based on the information you provide (including posture photos, videos, and X-rays).

You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information.

5. PAYMENTS

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method.

6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Digital Products

• Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are reviewed case-by-case
• Refunds may be denied if content has been accessed or downloaded

Personalized Programs

• Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days only if delivery has not been completed
• Once program creation has begun, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion
• Refunds are not guaranteed after delivery due to the customized nature of the service

Consultations

• Missed or unattended sessions are non-refundable

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, excessive requests, or violation of these Terms.

7. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

You agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in termination of access to Services and potential legal action.

8. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

Results vary based on individual factors, including consistency, adherence, and physical condition.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, programs, materials, documents, and branding provided by SpineX, including but not limited to the “Hunchback Blueprint” eBook and any personalized training plans, are the exclusive intellectual property of SpineX.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, publish, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services or materials in any form, whether free or paid, without prior written permission.

Any unauthorized use, distribution, or sharing of our content constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action, including claims for damages, financial compensation, and enforcement measures to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpineX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Services.
