1. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products such as eBooks, training guides, and questionnaires are delivered instantly to your registered email address upon successful purchase.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect email entry.

2. Personalized Fitness Programs

Personalized fitness programs require you to complete a health and posture questionnaire, which is sent automatically after purchase.
Your customized program will be created and delivered via email within 5 business days of receiving your completed form.

3. Consultations

Online consultations must be scheduled through the consultation booking page after purchase.
Failure to schedule your consultation within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the service without refund.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances.
Once files are delivered, access cannot be revoked and usage cannot be tracked, making refunds impossible.

5. Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk

SpineX™ programs are fitness-based and designed for individuals experiencing postural issues such as kyphosis, scoliosis, forward head posture, muscle imbalance, and other non-medical spinal alignment concerns.

These programs do not involve spinal manipulation or medical treatment. All exercises are designed to strengthen and mobilize muscles in a controlled, safe, and structured manner.

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions (e.g. cardiovascular, neurological, or orthopedic issues unrelated to posture), you must consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program.

By purchasing and using SpineX programs, you acknowledge that:

  • You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk

  • You are responsible for accurately disclosing health conditions

  • Results may vary based on consistency and personal effort

  • SpineX™ and its affiliates are not liable for any injury or outcome resulting from misuse, misinterpretation, or failure to follow provided instructions

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided in SpineX products and programs (videos, PDFs, exercise plans, etc.) is the intellectual property of SpineX.digital and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold in any format without explicit written permission.
